Backwards Burgers

It is fast and fun and a family favorite. My family takes turns shredding the veggies. And it tastes so good. My brother is constantly begging me to make it. SO much so.. Last year I made him some for Christmas and froze it into individual warm and serve meals.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1 lb Ground beef

1 cup Shredded cabbage

1 cup small yellow onion

4 tbsp Fresh garlic

16 oz Shredded cheese

Directions:

Brown beef. Grate the cabbage, onions and garlic while beef is browning. Add the shredded veggies to browned beef along with the water, spicy mustard, worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt. Cook until the veggies are done and no water remains. Take off burner and add cheese. Scoop into hoagies.
You can use hamburger buns, toast, and even tortilla shells with this recipe. One way we make it by using the rolls of cold rolls and we roll them out and make pizza type deals. It's always better when paired with either diced tomatoes and lettuce too.
