Avacado and Palmito Salad

Because it is unusual, tangy, and pretty to the eye.

Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tbsp Lime Juice (Fresh Squeezed)

1/2 tbsp Chili Sauce

3/4 cup Real Mayonaise

14 oz can of palmitos (hearts of palm)

12 oz 1 head boston lettuce

1 cup sliced avacados

Directions:

Combine mayo, chili sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, and lime juice; then mix thoroughly to create the salsa gulf. Arrange lettuce leaf on plate and surround with avocado, palmitos, and tomato. Top with prepared Salsa Gulf. Salt and pepper to taste.
