Ingredients:
1.5 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
1 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza crust dough
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup sweet red pepper, finely diced
6 eggs, beaten
3 Chicken & Apple Breakfast Sausage links, chopped (prefer Aidells)
1.5 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions:
Prepare Pizza Dough according to the package directions for a crispier crust in a 15-inch x 10-inch x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 for 7 minutes or until golden brown. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and peppers and cook for 10 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Season potato mixture with salt and pepper. Remove potato mixture; keep warm. Scramble eggs in remaining oil over medium heat until set, stirring occasionally. Season eggs with black pepper to taste. Layer baked pizza crust with potato and red pepper mixture, chopped chicken and apple sausage links, eggs, and pepper jack cheese. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes; The last three minutes of baking top pizza with French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions. Cut into squares to serve.
