Almond Chicken Casserole

Whenever I make this casserole, my family comes to the kitchen grinning from ear to ear. The sweet smell of French's French Fried Onions wafting from the oven brings my family to the kitchen from all corners of the house.

Ingredients:

15 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 cup Cubed Raw Boneless Chicken Breast

1 cup Unreconstituted Cream of Chicken Soup

2 cup Chopped Celery and Onions - 1 Cup Each

1 cup Mayonaise

3 cup Cooked Rice

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add cubed chicken, chopped celery and onions, and almonds, mix until well coated. Add cooked rice and stir until well mixed. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with French's French Fried Onions. Return casserole to oven for 10 more minutes. Serve with green salad and crusty French bread.
