Great mix of flavors that can have as many variables as desired.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
4 tbsp bread/butter pickle juice
1 lb Jenn-o lite turkey sausage
1 cup 1 small/med sweet onion
3 cup small/med white cabbage
1/2 cup broccoli florets/ no stems
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
break up and brown turkey sausage, add french's brown mustard remove and set aside
chop, shred and saute cabbage, onion just to done
add broccoli bits last. add oil as needed.
re-add sausage, mix and cool.
layout egg roll skins and fill with mixture, roll up and
seal with moist edges.
Add remaining oil to pan and fry up rolls turning over medium hea
until golden brown.
Meanwhile, take a small serving bowl add pickle juice and
french's yellow mustard, mix well.
