Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 package Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed

2 tbsp olive oil

4 medium onions, thinly sliced

1/2 lb bulk pork sausage

1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. PASTRY PREPARATION: Line a baking sheet (15” x 10”) with parchment paper. Unfold 1 piece of pastry on baking sheet and press to size of pan. (If necessary, patch a piece of pastry from the 2nd pastry sheet to cover the pan.) Take the 2nd piece of pastry and cut approximately 3/4 inch strips for a border. Brush 1 side of the strips with water and lay along the edge of the pan, pressing down lightly. COOKED ONION PREPARATION: Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook onions until slightly caramelized for approximately 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. COOKED SAUSAGE PREPARATION: In the same pan used to cook the onions, start cooking and breaking up the bulk sausage. Sprinkle the sausage with FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Continue cooking until slightly browned for a total cook time of approximately 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. TART PREPARATION: Brush pastry inside border with FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon mustard. Spread the cooked onions on pastry inside border. Sprinkle the sausage on the cooked onions. Sprinkle the goat cheese on the onions and sausage. Sprinkle FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions on top of tart (inside border). BAKE: 15-20 minutes until puff pastry is golden and cheese melted. Remove tart from pan, slice and serve hot.
