a different potato salad

we all enjoy this salad its very flavorful and full of good healthy ingredients

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

Directions:

12 potatoes cooked and cut into chunks 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped black olives 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil 4 eggs hard boiled and sliced 1/4 cup of sour cream 1/4 cup frenchs horseradish mustard 1 tsp salt dash of black peper clean potatoes well, boil potatoes for 40 mins with jackets on, when done boiling let cool, chop into chunks, while potatoes are boiling, boil eggs for 12 to 15 mins, let cool peel and slice into thin slices, while eggs and potatoes are boiling chop celery and onions set aside.when potatoes cool, put potatoes, eggs and basil in bowl mix together til well combined, then add in celery onions , olives, mustard and sour cream all mixed well, let chill for about 30 mins...then serve and enjoy
this recipe has a bit of a kick...and great with burgers and bbq'ed foods
