Very juicy yummy roast, great with applesauce, smells great while cooking, drives neighbors crazy, kids love it!!
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
4 garlic gloves
1/4 cup parsley
4 lb pork roast loin
Directions:
work on a piece of wax paper, for easy clean-up-
use roller to crush dry onions, sprinkle parsley in with onions--
wash pork roast pat dry rub garlic into roast 3-4lbs, all over, roll in the onion and parsley mix---pick up roast using the wax paper---
---Preheat BBQ hot and clean, if gas turn off one side and turn one side to low-put roast on off side,charcoal build fire on one side only, when coals are ready put pork on cooler side, throw out wax paper, shut lid, open lid about 2 and half hours later, smaller roast check at 2 hours
