French's worcestershire sauce and salsa combine with traditional paprika to make an easy paprikash. The smiles come fromt he zesty flavor combination !
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb ground pork
2 cup sliced onions
1.5 cup thinly cliced bell peppers( red, green or mixed colors)
2 tbsp paprika
3 cup Salsa
12 oz tomato paste
12 oz Jumbo pasta shells
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 12 oz package of jumbo shells accrding to package directions. Set aside. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Mix French's worcestershire and 2 tablespoons of the tomato paste into the ground pork. Place pork mixture, onions and peppers in skillet and saute for 5-7 minutes over medium-high heat, until meat is done and veggies are almost tender. Sprinkle with paprika, then stir in salsa, remaining tomato paste and water. Season with salt & pepper. Stir together well , then reduce heat to medium, cover and cook sauce down about 15 minutes. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place a little of the sauce in the bottom of the dish. Using a spoon, fill each shell carefully with meat mixture. Place shells side-by-side int he baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Coverand bake in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
This is great with crusty bread to soak up the sauce !
