Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 lb russett potato
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Wash, peel, and cube potatoes. Place in pot with cold water and boil until soft.
2. Drain water from pot completely and and leave potatoes in pot to dry.
3. Once potatoes are dry, add the rest of the ingredients and cook over stove top. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
