My mother has been making this since I was a child and when she passed it on to me, it quickly became a table top staple.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp margarine or butter
2 tbsp garlic cloves, minced
1 cup catsup or ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp liquid smoke
3/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat margarine/butter over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion until tender and lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup of water. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
Brush directly onto meat 10 minutes before done time or use as a condiment.
Excellent on pork chops or ribs.
