Shrimp Pasta Salad with Fiery Ranch Dressing

If you’re one who like me who enjoys a little kick in a recipe, this pasta salad is sure to make you smile because its zippy fiery delicious flavor is sure to please you.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

6 oz uncooked tri-color rotini pasta

1 lb medium-sized cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed, thawed if frozen

1 seedless cucumber, chopped

1 pt cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

12 oz ranch salad dressing

1/4 cup sriracha hot sauce

1 tsp fresh lime juice

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again and set aside. Crush French Fried Onions in zip-top plastic bag; set aside. In large bowl combine pasta, shrimp, cucumber, French Fried Onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; set aside. In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing mixture over pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
