Only my mom and I like mustard, so we make this together when my dad is out of town and eat it together out of the pan with a couple of chick flicks.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb potatoes
2 red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Chop potatoes and red onions into 1 inch pieces and place on a greased baking sheet. Mix the mustard and olive oil, salt and pepper together. Pour mustard mixture over potatoes and onions and toss to coat. Cover the top with half the french fried onions. Roast for 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Serve with the rest of french fried onions on the side.
