Much better and healthier than fried.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 cup Fiber 1 brand cereal
2 tbsp flour
1 eggs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 chicken breast
1/4 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Place French's onions and cereal in food processor to make crumbs. Mix all dried ingredients together.Dip chicken breast in egg that has been beaten and then roll in dry ingredents. Place on baking sheet bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins or until done.
