Great appetizer or side dish with any meal. Exotic mixture of ingredients creates a unique flavor!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
3.75 oz 1 - 3.75oz can of smoked oysters
1.5 cup Grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup 2.2oz can of sliced black olives
12 oz 4 - Large portabella mushroom caps 3oz ea
1/3 cup Sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup Onion
1 tbsp Minced garlic
Directions:
Clean mushroom caps, cut stem even with gills, Spray top of caps with cooking oil,set caps top side down on baking sheet; spread 1 tbs French's Classic Worcestershire with fingertip into gills on bottom side of each mushroom cap; set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice smoked oysters in half crosswise
Chop sundried tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces
Coarsly chop 1/4 cup onion
In mixing bowl, add olives, 1/2 cup cheese, sundried tomatoes, onions, oysters and garlic, mix evenly. Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated cheese over the top of each mushroom. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
