Plain old broccoli salad takes on a whole new "Yum Factor" when it is served hot and gets a PUNCH of flavor from French's products! Who would think it could be so easy to bring smiles and an, "Oh Wow!" to the dinner table? Thank you French's! You never fail!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 lb Broccoli
1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
1 cup Red Pepper, sliced
4 oz Bacon
2 tbsp Vinegar
3 tbsp water
Directions:
Clean broccoli and cut into bite sized florets. Slice peppers and onions and place all veggies to the side.
In small bowl, whisk together French's Honey Dijon Mustard, French's Classic Worcestershire Sauce, vinegar and water.
Chop bacon and cook until done in large skillet. Remove cooked bacon to a plate with a paper towel and set aside. Drain all but 2 Tbsp of fat.
In hot bacon fat, quickly stir-fry the broccoli, pepper and onion mixture. Add in the French's Honey Dijon Mustard mixture and stir well to coat. Add back the reserved bacon and cook for 3-5 more minutes until broccoli is at crisp tender stage.
Serve.
