My kids LOVE this easy and quick recipe... (they have no idea how easy this is) and I love the fact that my grandmother handed this down to my mother and then to me and I know that this will be handed down to my kids, etc....
Ingredients:
4 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Brown 1 1/2 pounds of 93% lean ground beef with salt, pepper and dried chopped onions. Once browned, add 2 cans (14.5?) of Van DeCamp's baked beans and stir in 4 tspns of French's Classic yellow mustard. Bring to a quick boil....stir and serve!!!
My Fathers Mom made this back in the 40's and 50's, when he was growing up and then she gave my mother the quick recipe because my Father loved this dinner soo much. My brothers and I would always be so excited when our Mom would say, "We are having Grandma's Beans for dinner!"
