Goat Cheesy Muffuletta Appetizer Pizza Pleaser

Who wouldn't enjoy this delicious appetizer pizza topped with hot pickled vegetables, red bell peppers, and feta cheese stuffed olives, chicken, salami, and crumbled goat cheese! Yummy! And don't forget the best part; i finish off this delicious appetizer pizza with French's French Fried Onions. I saved the best ingredient for last because french's Fried Onions bring so many smiles to my family and makes my pizza absolutely tasty and unforgettable!!!!! Thank you French's French Fried Onions!!!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic pizza crust

3/4 cup well drained and finely chopped mild or hot pickled vegetables (giardiniera)

1 jar (7.5 oz) roasted red bell peppers, drained, chopped

3/4 cup chopped feta cheese stuffed olives (prefer Mezzetta brand)

2 cup precooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

3 oz thinly sliced Genoa salami, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1.5 cup crumbled goat cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 400. Unroll pizza dough on a greased non-stick cookie sheet. Starting at center, press dough into 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Sprinkle chopped hot pickled vegetables, roasted red bell peppers, and chopped feta cheese stuffed olives evenly over dough. Top with shredded chicken, salami, and crumbled goat cheese. Bake pizza for 17 minutes and take pizza out and top with French’s French Fried Onions and bake additional three minutes or until the edge of crust is golden brown. Cut pizza into 4 rows by 4 rows and enjoy! Serves: 16, prep time: 20 minutes, baking time: 20 minutes
