French's Potato & Sausage Skillet Melt

who can resist this combination of flavors and it brings a smile to every age from young to old. children love to dip the little smokies into the mustard.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

4 cup O'brien style hash brown potatoes

1/2 cup bacon, chopped

1/2 lb little smookies smoked sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; reserve drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towel; crumble. Set aside. Add potatoes to bacon drippings in skillet and French's Worcestershire Sauce. Also add little smokies to potatoes and cook over medium high heat. Cook until potatoes are brown and sausages are heated through; stirring frequently. Add crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and French's fried onions. Cover skillet with lid until cheese has thoroughly melted.
Serve this dish with your favorite French's mustard on the side to dip your little smookies in.
