My husband and four daughters and I enjoy going to the farmers market every weekend and each of our daughters gets to pick out a fresh vege or fruit. We put this recipe together when they came home with several types of squash and potatoes. The richness of the fresh veges with with crunchy flavors of the French's French Fried Onions is wonderful. All hands are on deck putting this scrumptious dish together.

Ingredients:

4 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

1 lb Squash (or your choice of in season vege)

1/2 cup sweet onion

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Generously cube potatoes and veges. Dice onion and garlic.Put all ingredients EXCEPT French's French Fried Onions in a microwave safe dish and seal with press and seal. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, depending on wattage of microwave. Sprinkle with French's French Fried Onions and bake in oven on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm. Potatoes or squash can be substituted for any in season vegetable.
I cannot get the 1 1/2 lb red potatoes and 1 clove of garlic diced to accept in the ingredients area but they are vital to the recipe.
