Easy Fiesta Burger

This is our family favorite. Many times, I will make a large batch ahead of time and freeze it. My husband says it contains all his favorite things; beef, cheese, crunch, and cheese. Did I say cheese already?

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 lb Ground Beef

3/4 cup Onion (diced)

1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (cored and diced)

11/2 cup Golden Mushroom Soup

11/2 cup Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup

1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 lb French Bread Loaf

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and green peppers until tender, drain off excess fat, return to skillet. 2. While the meat is cooking, cut the french loaf in half lengthwise, tear out insides of loaf and set aside. 3. Sprinkle meat mixture with French's Worcestershire Sauce. 4. Turn skillet to low heat, add soups, salt, pepper, and bread chunks to meat mixture and cook until simmering. 5. On a cookie sheet, spoon meat mixture into one piece of hollowed french bread loaf, place the other next to the cookie sheet, hollowed side up. 6. Cover with cheddar cheese. 7. Broil on High for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted and crunchy. 8. Place empty loaf back onto meat mixture, slice into sandwiches. 9. Serve with salsa and enjoy!
