Cruchy Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

3 cup Cooked Chicken shreded

1/4 cup celery corsely chopped

1/2 cup Mayonniase

1 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup broken peanut brittle

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. In large bowl stir togethercooked, shredded chicken, celery, mayo, onions, oil, salt and pepper cover and chill for at least 2 hours. 2. Before serving, corsely chopped nuts. Stir nuts and peanut brittle into chickne mixture. 3. Serve imediately or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
