Crispy Onion BBQ Chicken Quesadilla

This is a recipe that is easy enough that our special needs son (who loves to cook)can help with and he loves the crispy onions on it!

Ingredients:

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce

1/3 cup Cooked Diced or Shredded Chicken Breast

4 oz Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

2 8" flour tortillas

1 tsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp salted creamy butter

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, mix worcestershire sauce with BBQ sauce. Set aside for later. In skillet, melt t tbsp. butter. Once butter is melted add chopped garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken and sautee until chicken is warmed all the way through (approx. 2 minutes.) Brush tortillas with remaining tbsp. of butter that you have melted in microwave. In a large skillet set to medium high heat place first tortilla to lightly brown. While one side is browning, lightly salt and pepper uncooked side of tortilla. Flip tortilla and salt and pepper other side. Take off heat and brush 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce mixture all over face up of tortilla. Make sure to evenly coat tortilla. Add cheese, chicken and french fried onions also spread evenly. Return to heat and fold tortilla in half to make quesadilla. Brown to likeness. Cut in even pieces and serve with BBQ sauce topped with French's French Fried Onions. Repeat with other tortilla to make serving for 4.
