Citrus n Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Its a very unusual way to treat meat and it is visually appealing. Needless to say everyone loves an easy meal!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest

1/2 tsp fresh lime zest

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

6 boneless loin pork chops 6 oz @

Directions:

In a large zip lock bag, combine all ingredients except chops. After well mixed, add chops and seal. Refrigerate 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Using a non-stick grill pan or 12" non-stick frying pan Heat to medium. Remove chops from bag and cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through.
A wonderful bright flavor for most meats and poultry and everyone really enjoys this recipe.
