Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1.5 oz FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

Directions:

grind together 1 lb each : pronghorn,big horn sheep, bear meat with seasonings and 2 ritz crackers per lb. grill or fry in bacon grease.on fresh baked bun use red lettuce ,and peeled cukes that have been soaked over night in salt water,tomato and avocado make this sandwich a delight!
if no bear meat you can substitute pork, the others are too lean for those used to stock yard beef.good venison can be subbed for pronghorn.
