1-2-3 Baked Chicken & Onion

This is a delicious and tasty dish -- simple enough for week nights, yet elegant enough for guests. My 6-year-old niece loved it and asked for seconds!!! My mother likes it and if you try it, I know you will too!

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:

4 Tbsp. French's Spicy Brown Mustard 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 lb. chicken tenderloins (approx.) 1 onion 1. Mix mustard, oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Place chicken on baking dish and cover with mixture. 2. Peel onion, cut into rings and place atop of chicken. 3. Bake covered at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Remove covering and bake for 15-20 minutes.
You can use any type of chicken in this recipe.
