Who wouldn't enjoy this nice barbecue asian pineapple chicken taco filled with manchego cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. Warm shredded honey barbecue chicken, with pineapple tidbits, French's Worchestire Sauce, and teriyaki with pineapple honey will have anybody wanting seconds. Thank you French's Worcestershire Sauce for making this taco a flavor to be reckoned with and bringing many smiles at the dinner table.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 18 oz container refrigerated barbecue chicken in honey barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Teriyaki baste and glaze with honey and pineapple (prefer Kikkoman)
1 (15 1/4-oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
12 soft tortillas
3 cup shredded Manchego cheese
3 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomato
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium high heat cook barbecue with shredded chicken, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki baste with glaze with honey and pineapple, and 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Heat tortillas in microwave for thirty seconds or until warm. Onto each warm tortilla, spoon about 3 tbsp. chicken mixture, 1/4 cup manchego shredded cheese, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon of diced tomatoes, and evenly sprinkle remaining pineapple tidbits. Serves 6, prep time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 10 minutes
