Apple Crisp

Yummy-- smells like rich autumn!! What better way to end a dinner or celebrate special day with friends or family!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

4 cup baking apples, cored and sliced

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white whole wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

4 tbsp smart balance

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Place appples in 9 by 13 bake pan; blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread sugar-flour mixture over apples. Bake 30 to 35 min., until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
make pineapple crisp same as above--use 1 can (13 1/2 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained, in place of apples and reduce sugar to 1/4 to 1/3 cup.
